Since the dawn of time, man has sought to understand his environment in order to better control it. While we work in space and plan to go to Mars, we are still unable to go to the bottom of the ocean on our own planet. The ocean is still our last frontier. It is our source and our future. Since 2005, Ralf Tech has assisted those - civilian or military - who explore it.

In 1996, the professional diver Frank Huyghe, created the brand Ralf Tech. Ralf Tech is an authentic brand born from the passion of its creator for the ocean and his love for watchmaking. Ralf Tech is a company on a human scale managed by fine watchmaking enthusiasts. The brand's mission is to create technically accomplished watches, with no marketing blurb, without belonging to a pre-existing school of thought or to a pre-written story.

One of the particularities of Ralf Tech watches is that they indicate real depth values and not theoretical ones that most brands do. The "ISO 6425 Diving Watches" standard is not only respected, but exceeded through exhaustive specifications and an exclusive control process. As proof, the world record for autonomous diving achieved on July 5, 2005 with an immersion of ten hours at -330 metres and the -4000 metres reached by the latest model of the collection - The Beast - on July 1, 2022. Ralf Tech equips the majority of French Special Forces units and their HQ staff as well as the elite units of the French Military Police and National Police. Switzerland, Great Britain and Italy - among others - have also equipped some of their Special Forces units with Ralf Tech watches. Finally, it is only logical that underwater work companies equip their divers with Ralf Tech watches.

Betting on the rebirth of French watchmaking, Ralf Tech models are designed and developed in Paris and then assembled in Morteau, in the French Jura mountains. Since the end of 2022, Ralf Tech has equipped its "Beast" model with a movement manufactured in France for the first time.
