It proposes very high-end knives for several worlds, including Table, Kitchen, Outdoors with pocket folding knives but also for Wine service with Sommelier tools and champagne sabres.
Established in Thiers since its creation, the French capital of cutlery with six centuries of know-how, Claude Dozorme combines French know-how and craftsmanship to produce original and daring knives. After rigorous selection of the best materials and using complete and modern industrial systems (laser cutting and numerical control grinding), all parts are made and assembled in our workshops, guaranteeing 100% French production.
