Louise de Rothschild and Keagan Ramsamy, two gemmologists with backgrounds in the auction world, founded Mazarin with the ambition of offering a new vision of French jewellery, where craftsmanship, heritage and creativity come together.Mazarin quickly found its own aesthetic language by making the elephant its emblem. Hand-sculpted by artisans who also work for the great jewellery houses of Place Vendôme, the Éléphant collection embodies an expressive, organic approach to jewellery. Alongside it, the Eboris collection — whose name means "ivory" in Latin — reinterprets the animal's tusks through creations in recycled gold, with sensual, abstract forms enhanced by natural precious gemstones.
